To: Marina High Classmates (1982),

On Saturday, July 21st, 2012 (6 pm), we will be holding our 30 Year Reunion Party at Don The Beachcomber's Restaurant in the Huntington Beach / Sunset Beach region off of Pacific Coast Highway.

Don The Beachcomber's opened in 2009, and is part of the original Don The Beachcomber's restaurant and bar chain which originated in Waikiki. Don's is also thought to be the place where the Mai Tai drink was invented.

Don The Beachcomber is a 17,000 square foot Hawaiian themed restaurant with banquet rooms as large as many hotel banquet rooms. For more information on Don's, please visit their website: www.donthebeachcomber.com. There may be dinner, dancing, drinks, '80s music, and gambling. We will also provide a slideshow of past high school memories.

We are still finalizing the pricing options for the party which we hope to be priced below standard high school reunion parties. We are also looking for party sponsors who may be interested in advertising their business on the www.marina1982.com website, our Facebook events page, and at the Reunion Party as well in order to try to keep the prices as low as possible for everyone.

** We are also interested in finding party sponsors who may have an interest in donating prizes related to our gambling tables just like at our 25 Year Reunion Party.

For more information on the 30 Year Reunion Party, please also visit and RSVP on our Facebook events page located here: https://www.facebook.com/events/227312087341226/

In addition, we will be holding our 3rd annual Marina High Alumni Beach Party the weekend before on Saturday, July 14th, 2012 (12 noon to 10 pm). The Beach Party is open to various Marina High class years. Last year, there were several hundred people throughout the day who attended from close to 15 different class years.
